First road trip

Two weeks after getting our Jeep we took it to the Joshua Tree area.  We have been going out there for the last 6 years with our truck and 5th wheel.  So in order to take the Jeep my wife had to drive it out there.  She said it drove fine.  We did not do much wheeling but the little we did it handled great.

On Oct 28, 2012 we bought our first jeep, a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon.  Up until now we had only bought used cars and I swore I would never buy a new car but after looking for months, based on the going rates for a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I decided to buy a new one.  Since we were going to buy new and we were buying a jeep with the intent to take it off-roading, I went with the Rubicon model.  Here is our new baby. Only had 13 miles on her when we drove her off the lot.
